Synopsis
The ServiceFrame Infrastructure Product is designed and implemented to help prevent a system from being compromised. This presentation describes how the product, OS, network, and system servers can work together to achieve better overall security.

Presenter
Eugene Nelson has more than 40 years of experience as a software inventor, designer, and implementer. A 1973 graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. in Mathematics (including Computer Science) and minor in Physics. Software experience includes:
- Design and implement the SoftEcoSDK software system.
- Design and helped implement substation automation product SICAM PAS. Deployed at more than 7000 electrical substations worldwide.
- Helped design and implement an electrical utility control system.
- Helped design and implement commercial products such as a network router, a commercial OS, a telephone system, and a remote monitoring system of multiple telephone systems.
