Presenter Bio:
Erica is a passionate Agile and Gamification change agent and is currently employed as a Senior Information Systems Engineering Project Manager at Sandia National Laboratories and just recently earned her MBA from UNM Anderson School of Management. She is a Certified Scrum Professional – Scrum Master (CSP), a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), and holds a PMP and a PMI-ACP. She has served on the RGC Board of Directors for three years; her current role is VP for Technology.
