The program will consist of Steve Pappas discussing the National Disaster Resilience Council (NDRC) and electromagnetic pulse (EMP) efforts to date related to our nation's critical infrastructure. Members of the NDRC regional teams continue to be involved and engaged with public and private sector partners moving state and local policy forward with varying degrees of success. This presentation will highlight efforts to date and directions for the future.
