Welcome to the Midwest Gateway Chapter of INCOSE. We are based in the St Louis region, from Rolla to the Metro East. The Midwest Gateway Chapter of INCOSE was founded in St. Louis in 1992. Over the years we've hosted the INCOSE Symposium and the Conference on Systems Engineering Research (CSER), and been the home chapter of national and regional INCOSE leaders.

Subject: Architecting Deep Learning Models to Enable AI Capability to Complex Adaptive Systems Architectures
Abstract: Mission systems engineers who are heavily involved in architecting complex adaptive systems are looking for ways to allocate AI models to achieve some of the adaptive capabilities required by them. Deep Learning Models are used extensively for this purpose. The goal is to learn from the domain specific data collected in performing the capability in question previously achieved by other methods so that correct Deep Learning Model can be built in architecting the complex adaptive system in question. These models also required their own architectures to be functional. In this presentation an approach will be discussed in building architectures for Deep Learning Models in reference to health care application based on domain specific data using over 25 million cases.

This presentation will describe Shannon's career path to becoming a project manager. She will also share tips and resources that Sandia National Labs offers their employees to help them advance in their project management careers. Shanon Boynton is originally from Oklahoma. She has worked at Sandia National Laboratories since 2011 and is currently a PM in SNL's Corporate Project Management Office. This event is open to INCOSE members due to our partnership with the PMIRGC Chapter.
A Zoom link will be sent to you once registration is submitted.

The Midwest Gateway Chapter of INCOSE was founded in St. Louis in 1992. Over the years we've hosted the INCOSE Symposium and the Conference on Systems Engineering Research (CSER), and been the home chapter of national and regional INCOSE leaders. Many of our members are engaged in defense, biotech, connected devices, and academia. Most members are located in St. Louis and the surrounding area (from Missouri S&T in Rolla to St. Charles to Scott Air Force Base in the Metro East), but all are welcome to affiliate with us.
