TGCC Chapter Program June 2022

What is Complex Systems and the INCOSE Complex Systems Working Group?

What do we mean when we say a system is complex? Does complex system simply mean a system is difficult to understand or does it mean a system exhibits emergent characteristics or behaviors that are not yet understood?  This webinar provides a common understanding of complex systems and introduces the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) Complex Systems Working Group and how the working group advances the research of complexity and its contributions to the body of knowledge with the support of the INCOSE organization.
