About the Chapter

The INCOSE Three Rives Chapter will be rebooting the chapter in 2021.  We welcome all INCOSE members and would-be members that are interested in joining any and all of the INCOSE Three Rivers Chapter's activities. The name of the chapter is not intended to convey boundaries on membership.

Our goal is to provide value to our membership by providing presentations having current relevance to the systems engineering community, opportunities for network growth in the Southwestern PA and  West Virginia Areas, and opportunities for developing leadership skills through volunteering for local, national or international roles in INCOSE.

We meet monthly, normally the third Tuesday of the month, at up to four locations in our geographic area. We also webcast each of our technical meetings for those who are unable to attend meetings in person. Please join us.

Interim Board Members:

Dan Menoher             President 
As the interim TRC President I will drive the chapter reboot activities and work with the TRC officers to secure an INCOSE footprint in the Pittsburgh area.  I am looking forward to helping create a rich series of speaking events for the TRC membership and our INCOSE region. 

Ethan Margherio       Vice President
As the interim TRC Vice President I will support chapter growth through promoting the chapter at Westinghouse and in the Pittsburgh Area.  I will also work with the Interim President to coordinate events with the INCOSE Chapter Region and perform the duties as the president when he is unable.

Mike Casper              Secretary
As secretary I will keep minutes of the three rivers chapter (TRC) meetings, keep records of TRC meetings and maintain records of current chapter membership.  Additionally, I shall provide communication between the Board and INCOSE.
Steve Mazeika           Treasurer
Steve has been the Three Rivers Chapter Treasurer since 2012.  Steve has managed the chapter checking account, provided periodic reports to chapter officers, and prepared annual chapter financial reports.

Ron Heller                  Past President
By participating as “Past President” on the board of the reformed chapter, I will advise the new leadership base on my experience and help to provide continuity when it is beneficial.  I look forward to helping the new energetic leaders in providing valuable programs to the TRC membership and INCOSE at large.
Tom Joyce                  Communications and Membership Director
As the Communications and Membership director I will set up and maintain the website, track chapter membership, and distribute chapter communications.

Lavanya Krishna       Program Director
As program director of the INCOSE Three Rivers Chapter I would  be responsible for organizing events to meet the goals and objectives set by the members. I would also supervise planning of programs by networking with potential guest speakers and members from other chapters.  I am also currently working on setting up several industry speakers for future
