Abstract:
Risk management is an important process for the success of any project to avoid unexpected outcomes. This presentation provides a brief overview of risk management in general as well as a brief introduction to tools not often used in the risk management process.
Professional Biography:
Ernie Kyed has been an employee of Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems for 32 years. Ernie has worked in a variety of positions in that time from test engineering, systems engineering, design engineering and program management. Ernie’s career for many of the past several years has been focused in engineering leadership where he currently works as Director of Electrical Engineering. Ernie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from Colorado State University.
