REGAL is the 2009 INCOSE product. It stands for Requirements Engineering Guide for All as a deliverable from the Requirements WG. But it could be called SEGAL as a Systems Engineering Guide for All’: a practical guide for SE activities for all WG (not only Requirements). REGAL is a web-based interactive solution to find helpful systems engineering practices. It is not only a repository of good practices, but a living database enriched by the experience of practitioners. It is structured to align with the INCOSE SE Handbook Version 3, as a systems engineering Book of Knowledge.
