1 Senior/Student status must be pre-approved by INCOSE Administrative Office.
2 Student status: students qualify if they are enrolled full time in an undergraduate or graduate program.
3 Countries of residence that qualify for this discount and which have current INCOSE membership are Argentina, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Costa Rica, Greece, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Thailand and Turkey.
4 Countries of residence that qualify for this discount and which have current INCOSE membership are China, Colombia, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Rwanda, South Africa, Ukraine, Vietnam and Zimbabwe.
5 Associate Member: associate membership does not allow registration as INCOSE member. Cancellation policy
A written request for cancellation must be received by 3 July 2020
(E-mail: registration@incose.org)
- Members will receive a refund, less a $45 processing fee.

Non-members will receive a refund, less a $205 processing fee.

Student Non-members will receive a refund, less a $85 processing fee.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 3 July 2020. Substitutions are allowed for no extra fee if the substitute is an INCOSE member, but will require an additional charge if he/she is not a member. Please e-mail registration@incose.org with all requests for substitution.
