Enanga Fale serves as a Senior Engineering Manager in systems engineering with Orbital ATK providing technical leadership and management for a systems engineering group, while leading developments with Modeled Based Systems Engineering, embedded systems development lab design, and systems tools integration. She is a systems engineering leader experienced in systems development, soLware development, system certification, systems integration, maintenance, product development, and incident investigations for Aerospace, Defense, and Internet of Things (IOT) Systems. With Internet of Things (IOT) Systems, Enanga has served as a Site Leader and Engineering Manager for product Development and Program Management, where she was responsible to manage and provide technical leadership for a Laird soLware/systems engineering group for complex communication systems across diverse industries. Enanga previously served as a UTC Aerospace Systems Systems Engineer tasked to support ARINC industry standards groups and leveraged systems engineering principles to define, validate, and verify requirements associated with aircraL electrical power and air management systems. Additionally, she has led and supported global cross-disciplinary teams in embedded soLware design, embedded test lab design, system integration, strategic product line development, and system certification for Rockwell Collin’s Flight Management and Data Link Communication systems. She relishes opportunities to drive technological and STEM advancement. Enanga exercises her dedication through leadership positions in nonprofit engineering organizations, engagement in industry technical standards’ groups, and serving as an educator in electrical and computer engineering technology classes with local and global institutions. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from St. Cloud State University with a concentration on Aviation Operations and Avionics, a Masters in Systems Engineering with a Certificate in Human Computer Interaction from Iowa State University,and is currently pursuing additional graduate studies.
