Viva Engage is a social media capability just for use inside INCOSE.  To support our users, the Professional Development Portal (PDP) Leadership Team has set up a Viva Engage community for professional development and PDP discussions.  The PDP Viva Engage Community is located here. 

In the Professional Development & PDP Yammer Community, you can post discussions (with files and videos), pose questions, and / or conduct polls. 

Posting Discussions

Anyone can post a professional development-related discussion with or without a file and / or video.  This section will list the major discussion post topics.  If the subject interests you, click on the link above, go to the Professional Development & PDP Viva Engage Community, and respond to the discussion. 

31 Jan 23:  Uploaded all three PDP Workshop Presentations from IW 23:  (1) Getting to know the PDP, (2) Recommended New Capabilities, and (3) Providing Content for the PDP.

Posing Questions

In addition to posting a discussion, users can ask professional development-related questions.  This section will list the major questions posed.  If the subject interests you, click the link above, go to the Professional Development & PDP Viva Engage Community, and answer the question.

Conducting Polls

Finally, the PDP Leadership may conduct polls to get the PDP users’ opinions on various professional development-related topics.  This section will list the major polls that are being conducted.  Please click the link above to participate in the poll.  Your input would be much appreciated.
