The INCOSE WMA Chapter is excited to announce our March 2026 MBSE tools demo series, featuring Dassault Systèmes. Please join us for a comprehensive 2-hour presentation and demonstration of their MBSE tool suite, CATIA Teamwork Cloud/Magic Collaboration Studio.
This interactive session will take place on Thursday, March 26th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM ET at the George Mason University Volgenau Engineering Building, Conference Room 4201. The event will also be streamed online via Zoom.
We invite all INCOSE members, student members, and anyone interested in enhancing their knowledge of MBSE and Digital Engineering tools to attend.

Presenters:
Dr. Gan Wang is Vice President of Systems Engineering Ecosystem at Dassault Systèmes, where he leads the company’s systems engineering integration and standardization, advocates for the adoption of MBSE and DE transformations across the industry, and fosters collaboration with industry associations and standardization bodies. A recognized leader in systems engineering, Gan brings decades of experience in developing software-intensive systems. His expertise spans systems engineering processes, system and enterprise architecture, design reuse methodologies, cost estimation and analysis, and decision support methods. Gan holds a Ph.D. from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland. He is a Fellow and an ESEP of INCOSE and serves on the Board of Directors at the EDM Association and the Steering Committee of the Object Management Group (OMG).
Tomas Vileiniškis is a CATIA Systems Modeling Application Senior Manager (Teamwork Cloud Product Manager) at Dassault Systemes. With the main focus on collaborative modeling environments, he is responsible for setting the vision of the product and guiding its development direction according to customer demand and general industry needs. Having spent the last 15 years in computer and software engineering Tomas has a strong passion and deep knowledge of Semantic Web technologies which played a key role in the very first OSLC implementation within the original CATIA Magic’s toolset. Tomas is also actively involved in OMG standard development activities, primarily contributing to shaping SysML v2 API and Services and Reusable Asset 3.0 specifications.
Dr. Saulius Pavalkis is the world class MBSE expert leading core global MBSE and Digital Engineering team in NAM, working as Global MBSE EcoSystem Director at Dassault Systèmes, and as MBSE R&D Cyber Portfolio Manager – NAM. He has 20 years of MBSE solutions experience, as MBSE transformation leader, product owner and analyst at Cameo core team, chief solutions architect, consultant, and trainer. Throughout his career he has been actively involved in building world class MBSE solutions and supporting MBSE adoption and major A&D and transportation companies. He contributed to MBSE SysML based Method and Framework MagicGrid and, more recently, “Agile MBSE Cookbook” by Bruce Douglas. Saulius guides 4000+ subscribers, the largest SysML systems simulation community (youtube.com/c/MBSEExecution). Through the work, he has accumulated major experience in systems modeling, simulation, MBSE ecosystem, interfaces and integrations, traceability, queries. Saulius has INCOSE ESEP, OMG OCSMP, No Magic lifetime modeling and simulation excellence award. CSE Board of Advisors the University of Texas at Arlington. Saulius has a PhD in Software engineering in the models query area, MC and BS in telecommunications and electronics from Kaunas University of Technology.
