INCOSE Committees are where members collaborate to translate strategy into action, driving the development of policies, products, and services for our global community.

Advisory Committees

Academic Council (AC)

The Academic Council acts as the “Voice of the Academic Community” for INCOSE. It evaluates policy issues, assesses the state of academic systems engineering, and nurtures an internationally recognized educational community for the profession.

Corporate Advisory Board (CAB)

The Corporate Advisory Board (CAB) is the “Voice of the Customer” to INCOSE leadership. The CAB provides strategic guidance to INCOSE’s technical leadership team, leading to the development of Systems Engineering products and standards.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

This committee aims to ensure the organization is globally recognized as a welcoming systems engineering community that fosters authenticity and advancement through dynamic collaborations that create a better world for all.

Chapter Advisory Committee (CAC)

The Chapter Advisory Committee (CAC) bridges the gap between local and global leadership. The CAC provides direct advisory input from the Chapters, ensuring regional needs and successes are reflected in INCOSE’s strategic roadmap.

Strategic Events Oversight Committee (SEOC)

The Strategic Events Oversight Committee (SEOC) manages the organization’s events as a comprehensive portfolio.

Services Committee

The Services Committee supports the entire systems engineering community with essential resources. They focus on professional development, recognition, networking, tools, and deeper engagement with key systems engineering material and topics.

Academic Matters

This committee handles the operational execution of academic strategic objectives, leading initiatives focused on academic growth and rigor while creating pathways to support high-level academic publishing in world-class journals.

Technical Operations

Technical Operations (TechOps) advances world-class systems engineering by delivering products that enable systems engineering growth and practice.  TechOps includes Working Groups, Project Teams & the governance of each.
