Workshop registration fees and policies

All International Workshop attendees pay a registration fee to help defray the costs of the event.

The full registration fee for in person attendance for an INCOSE member is  $550. The event is also open to non-members for a full registration fee for in person attendance of  $695. See the table below for other in person registration pricing.

The registration fee for virtual participation for either members or non-members is $150. Not yet a member?

In person attendance
includes access to plenary sessions and open meetings, food and beverage for lunch, breaks (including the closing marketplace), as well as registration materials. In person attendees will also have access to the virtual platform.

Remote participation
includes a full registration allowing 4 days of access to live broadcast and recorded sessions. Sessions chairs determine if the session will be made available virtually therefore not all sessions will be available. Please check the program to see which sessions will be made available virtually.

Lunches and coffee breaks are provided for worskhop attendees but not for guests.

All checks should be made payable to INCOSE and should be mailed to INCOSE/IW2023 - 7670 Opportunity Rd Ste 220 - San Diego CA 92111-2222 (USA) and must be received before Friday, January 8, 2023.

1 INCOSE Member on the day of IW registration
2 Senior status must be pre-approved by INCOSE Administrative Office. Members qualify for the senior category if they are at least 65 of age the time of their membership renewal. Please contact info@incose.org.
3 Student status: students qualify if they are enrolled full time in an undergraduate or graduate program

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy for remote participation

In the event you will be unable to attend the Workshop after you have registered, you must provide written notice of cancellation to registration@incose.net by Monday, January 16, 2023. All cancellations received by Monday, January 16, 2023 will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations and modifications received after Monday, January 16, 2023.

Substitutions are allowed at no extra cost if the substitute is an equivalent registrant (e.g., INCOSE member for an INCOSE member), but will require an additional charge if he/she is not an equivalent registrant. Please send an email to registration@incose.net with the name and e-mail address of the substitute.

Cancellation policy for in person attendance

In the event you will be unable to attend the Workshop in person after you have registered, there are two options.

Option 1: Changing from in person attendance to remote participation
If you would like to attend the conference remotely, you must provide written notice including the reason for the change to registration@incose.net by Monday, January 16, 2023. INCOSE will review the request for changing to virtual participation. If approved, your registration for in person attendance will be substituted with a registration for virtual participation under the same registration type. A credit for the difference will be issued within 90 days after the event concludes.

Option 2: Cancelling attendance
If you would like to cancel your registration, you must provide written notice including the reason for the cancellation to registration@incose.net by Monday, January 16, 2023. INCOSE will review the request. If approved, all cancellations received and approved by Monday, January 16, 2023 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee for INCOSE Members and $195 for Non-Members. There will be no refunds for cancellations and modifications received after Monday, January 16, 2023.

There will be no refunds for cancellations and modifications received after Monday, January 17, 2022. However, your registration for in person attendance can be substituted by a registration for remote participation under the same registration type.
