The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate how an Object Oriented Systems Engineering (OOSE) methodology developed at Lockheed Martin (LM) Management and Data Systems (M&DS) is being applied to the Army Global Command and Control System (GCCS-A). This system is now migrating from a legacy Army system to a modern integrated Army wide system that supports the Joint GCCS.
