This paper discusses some of the insights gained and the problems experienced to date in developing a conceptual glossary for the planning language, ‘Planguage.’ It also outlines a model to build on for similar work in organizing knowledge about concepts. The author’s opinion is that further development of such glossaries is needed as concepts form a fundamental basis for educational and organizational purposes.
