This article applies the theories and methods of physics, mathematics, dynamics, information science, statistics and management science to develop concepts, definitions, basic theorems and research scopes in the area of management complexity; based on the theories of management entropy, it will establish a new metric for assessing management complexity and vectorial space, as well as mathematical modules. Some methods to enhance managerial effectiveness and efficiency have been proposed as a result of progress in this field.
