This paper reviews the major steps in the successful effort in reaching Level 3 maturity at Raytheon Falls Church, against the EIA/IS-731 Systems Engineering Capability Model. This effort was conducted at the same time as other improvement efforts at Raytheon Falls Church, adding to the complexity of the task while providing the opportunity for synergy as well.
