Version 1.0 of the INCOSE Systems Engineering Applications Profiles have been published in traditional report form (INCOSE AFWG, 1996). This paper describes the design, implementation, and presentation of Systems Engineering Applications Profiles (SEAPs) on the World Wide by Graduate Students in the Master of Science in Systems Engineering Program at the Institute for Systems Research, University of Maryland, College Park.
