Organizers of INCOSE International Symposium 2004 posed six themes regarding the future of systems engineering. In response a panel, “Evolving to Intelligent Systems Engineering,” took a position on each theme based on ideas already being explored in the Intelligent Enterprises Working Group, IEWG.
