In a paper published in an earlier INCOSE symposium the author described a final year undergraduate course in systems engineering from the viewpoint of educational rationale. In this paper the various issues confronted in the teaching of this course are described and the changes made to the course and assessment processes in order to promote the outcomes intended by the lecturer are described.
