This paper gives an overview of a study conducted on behalf of the Future Artillery Weapons Systems (FAWS) Integrated Project Team (IPT) of the UK Ministry of Defence, Defence Procurement Agency (DPA), with BAE SYSTEMS. The initial aim of the study was to provide an insight into the interactions amongst the FAWS programmes & projects, and their respective links to external programmes & projects to provide an understanding of the overall systems architecture of the FAWS IPT.
