The INCOSE Systems Engineering Capability Assessment Model (SECAM) was developed by the Capability Assessment Working Group (CAWG) to assess systems engineering capability. Eleven systems engineering process assessments (SEPAs) have been conducted using the SECAM and the proto-models from which it was developed.
