The merits of Concurrent Engineering (CE) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) approaches are widely discussed (Miller 1993) but little attention has been given to methods to identify areas of difficulties and improve implementation. This paper describes a team based approach to capture, analyze, and deploy lessons learned.
