This paper discusses the development of a Technical Performance Measurement (TPM) tool by Westinghouse Electric Corporation. The tool is being developed to define and standardize the TPM process, streamline the data entry and reporting process, collect TPM data for analysis, and encourage the use of TPM within Westinghouse.
