This paper discusses the activities of an ongoing project to develop and field the Reusable Experience with Case-Based Reasoning for Automating Lessons Learned (RECALL) system. RECALL captures and reuses lessons learned at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center’s Mission Operations and Data Systems Directorate (MO&DSD).
