Addresses the extent to which system engineering effectiveness might be improved. These data come from subjective judgments by seminar attendees but reflect a reasonable level of “expert opinion.” Results to date from this on-going survey indicate that significant improvement is possible relative to prevailing system engineering roles and practices.
