The Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) is designed tofacilitate the modeling of a system (at a high level) along with the drivingenterprise objectives and strategies, operational activities and missionthreads, capability objectives and roadmaps, and a variety of otherconsiderations that apply to the system under development. However, when thesystem (or a collection of systems) is modeled using UAFML, there is achallenge in linking the UAF model to the corresponding system models createdusing SysML to ensure proper alignment is established and maintained betweenthe Enterprise and System levels.
