As programs are increasingly turning to MBSE for designing system architectures, model-based trade studies can be an incredibly powerful tool for analyzing, evaluating, and comparing alternative architectures to make informed decisions. In this presentation, we will explore the design of a reusable trade study model pattern, a sample implementation of the pattern, and a novel method for sensitivity analysis to interpret the results of the trade study.
