We develop a partial INCOSE DEI strategy based on the Royal Academy of Engineering and Science Council’s Diversity and Inclusion Progression Framework 2.0. We investigate four of the eleven areas of the framework, benchmark INCOSE’s progress, and develop a set of initiatives to support INCOSE’s DEI progression.
