The presentation will follow a systems engineering approach while addressing themes as follows.Understanding your requirements: Begin by getting clarity on the intent and goals of a formal program; what is the problem you are seeking to solve? Does your organization need to build a new strengths or capabilities? Are you addressing current or future skills gaps? Have failures occurred which obviated a need to have more confidence in employee’s skills? Additional questions will typically follow.
