SCRABBLE®, (traditionally played as a competitive game) can be used to demonstrate the benefits of collaboration and enterprise-wide visibility in support of alternative product development strategies. Observing individual and team play using a SCRABBLE exercise has strong corollaries to how we manage the system and product development businesses.
