This paper studies SysML as the standard language to model systems, and MagicGrid as the framework to bridge the gap between Systems Engineering (SE) terminology described in the INCOSE Systems Engineering Handbook and SysML specification. It proposes a new systems engineering meta-model to describe a common SE terminology and bind it to the SysML concepts.
