As the world’s technical development proceeds with increasing speed, and the society becomes ever more complex, it seems that our education system lags further and further behind with its old traditions and cultures. This paper shows that a proper application of Systems Engineering Principles in the design and development of education offers interesting and radical suggestions for changing the way education is traditionally structured and practised.
