RDD-100 was used to develop the technical baseline for infrastructure operations at the Idaho National Engineering and Environmental Laboratory (INEEL). Systems engineers in the Environmental Management Integration (EMI) office of Lockheed Martin Idaho Technologies Company (LMITCO), working with functional managers in the infrastructure organizations, developed the technical baseline.
