The INCOSE Foundation is accepting applications for the McKinney family master of systems engineering scholarship award from students enrolled in a U.S. or Canadian University for a $15,000 grant.
The award, which is made to the student directly, may be used for any purpose to help the candidate achieve his/her goal. It also carries a plaque and recognition at the Annual INCOSE Workshop.
The criteria for the McKinney family master of systems engineering scholarship award are broad:
- Demonstrated interest in systems engineering.
- Clarity and specificity of the intended systems engineering career path and/or problem domain.
The Application Process is straightforward:
- A completed award application form. This form can be found below and downloaded from the INCOSE website.
- Each applicant MUST have two faculty members submit recommendation letters on their behalf. This form can be also found below and downloaded from the INCOSE website.
- Completed application forms and faculty references must be received by 1 October 2026.
Eligibility Requirements:
- The student must have an undergraduate GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- The student must be enrolled in a master of systems engineering program at a U.S. or Canadian university.
- The student cannot graduate before May 2027.
- An applicant seeking the award must apply.
- Applicants may not receive more than one award.
