Our Vision

A global systems engineering community where everyone has the opportunity to participate, belong, grow, and contribute to shaping the future of the profession.

Our Purpose

PACE brings people and community perspectives into INCOSE’s strategic decision-making.

Through advice and recommendations to INCOSE leadership and other organizational bodies, PACE helps integrate considerations of access, inclusion, and engagement into the decisions and initiatives that shape INCOSE and the systems engineering profession.

Our Work
Our work focuses on listening to different voices, reflecting on experiences and challenges, and building a foundation for advice and decision-making.

Listen & Engage
We create opportunities for dialogue through interactive formats and community engagement. We aim to better understand different experiences, needs, and barriers to participation, including perspectives that may be underrepresented or less frequently heard.

Reflect & Advise
Through regular committee meetings, we reflect on insights and identify emerging needs and opportunities. These discussions provide a foundation for developing advice and recommendations for INCOSE leadership and other organizational bodies.

Share Knowledge & Resources
We develop and share insights, publications, and resources that support awareness, encourage dialogue, and help the systems engineering community learn from a wider range of perspectives and experiences.

This collection brings together publications and resources previously featured as part of INCOSE’s DEI efforts. These materials remain relevant to PACE and provide a foundation for continued learning, reflection, and dialogue.

Join the Committee

Become part of PACE and contribute to our regular discussions, shared reflection, and advisory work. We welcome people with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives who are willing to actively participate, collaborate with others, and help develop insights and recommendations.

How to connect

PACE meets regularly to exchange perspectives, reflect on emerging topics, and coordinate our advisory work and activities. We use Microsoft Teams for our meetings, communication, and collaboration.
