The Call for Solutions program transforms documented industry needs into actionable projects. Each Call defines a challenge, the desired outcome, and the criteria for success—then invites the INCOSE community to develop solutions.

The Call for Solutions program was created to establish a direct mechanism for converting documented needs into deliverable-driven work. Organizations identified challenges affecting the practice, adoption, effectiveness, and future of systems engineering. Those needs were analyzed, prioritized, and transformed into Calls for Solutions.

Rather than prescribing the answer, each Call defines the need, desired outcome, evaluation priorities, and acceptance criteria. Applicants design the solution.
