BIO:Matthias Greinert is a Principal Consultant for Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) at Two Pillars GmbH, a Germany-based company specializing in Systems Engineering methodologies and the support the development of the MBSE software platform iQUAVIS of its Japanese parent company Dentsu Soken. With a strong background in engineering and systems thinking, he supports industrial customers in introducing and applying Model-Based Systems Engineering to manage increasingly complex product development projects.
In his consulting role, Matthias works closely with organizations from various industries, helping them establish structured engineering processes, improve requirements engineering and develop sustainable system architectures. His expertise bridges the gap between engineering theory and practical implementation, enabling companies to increase efficiency and collaboration throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Beyond consulting, Matthias is an active contributor to research and innovation in the field of Systems Engineering. He has co-authored several scientific publications focusing on MBSE, functional requirements analysis, engineering change management, and the application of model-based methods in complex automotive and industrial systems.
