Bio: April Luczywek is a Systems Engineering Modernization Sr Mgr for Lockheed Martin. In this capacity, she is responsible for the advancing the state of the art of Systems Engineering from pre-capture through design and into sustainment. In concert, she supports both tactical and strategic initiatives, and other Lockheed Martin wide initiatives associated with the Functional Leadership Teams (FLTs) in both System Engineering and Architecture (SE&A) and Integration, Test & Evaluation (IT&E). She is also the overall Product Line Engineering & Reuse Lead for Lockheed Martin.
April has over 20 yrs of experience serving Lockheed Martin in roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as the Program Manager for Space’s Tri-MFO Augmented Reality team. April has managed and executed programs in multiple business areas by building cross-disciplined engineering teams that effectively work complex concepts and delivered customer solutions.
April holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University, is a graduate of the Lockheed Martin Advanced Technical Leadership Program (ATLP), is OMG SysML certified, and is the President of INCOSE’s Greater Philadelphia Chapter.
Luca Palladino is Head of Engineering 4.0 and Technical Leader for Systems Engineering at Safran Seats, where he leads digital transformation and the industrialization of engineering practices. He drives the deployment of Systems Engineering methods and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) across the organization, supporting the evolution of Safran Seats’ engineering standards.
Active in the professional community, he serves as chairman of the AFIS Centre Val de Loire chapter, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing following his support of Technical Operations for the INCOSE French Chapter. Luca holds a PhD in global chassis control in collaboration with Renault and has built cross-industry experience in aerospace and automotive through roles at Thales and Stellantis before joining Safran in 2014 .
Marco Forlingieri is Senior Director for Product Line Engineering (PLE) at PTC, leading the biggest PLE expert´s pool in the world. He has several years of experience in the field of MBSE and PLE mainly within aerospace, defense, automotive and railway industries in Europe, China and North America. He chairs the INCOSE PLE Working Group and is the leading author of the book MBPLE: The Feature-Based Path to Product Lines Success, published by Wiley & Sons.
