What’s happening inside the Cameo/CATIA Magic SysML v2 R&D team right now?
Join Cameo/CATIA Magic R&D leads Nerijus Jankevicius and Petras Litvinas for a behind-the-scenes look at where SysML v2 is heading – and what is already coming straight out of the R&D oven.
This is not another introduction to SysML v2. We’ll focus on the capabilities, workflows, and technologies that we believe can make SysML v2 genuinely useful in real engineering environments, with demos throughout the session.
We’ll take a deep dive into:
- SysML v2 simulation and analysis
- AI for SysML v2
Expect real demos, early looks at what’s coming next, and candid discussions straight from the people building the technology.

Bio:
Nerijus Jankevicius is a Senior Product Manager at No Magic/Dassault Systemes and is in charge of managing and envisioning the roadmap and development of the Model-Based Systems Engineering environment.
Over more than 25 years at No Magic he has been actively involved in all phases of the development of MagicDraw®, SysML Plugin, Cameo Systems Modeler and Cameo Simulation Toolkit, helping to make these solutions among the most recognized MBSE solutions in the industry.
Over the last 15 years, Nerijus has represented the company at international standards organizations such as OMG, INCOSE and ProSTEP. He has contributed to both the UML® and SysML language specifications at the Object Management Group (OMG®), is known in the industry as a leading UML/SysML subject matter expert/consultant, and was one of the first OMG Certified Advanced UML 2.0 Professionals in Europe.
Nerijus has delivered numerous workshops and trainings in Systems Modeling and Simulation and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) at major enterprises including NASA/JPL, Bombardier Transportation, GE Transportation, Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, BAE Systems, MITRE, and others. Nerijus is also a frequent presenter at a wide range of international conferences.
Petras Litvinas is a Systems Analyst at Dassault Systèmes focusing on simulation and AI-driven capabilities within the CATIA Magic portfolio. He actively shapes the development of AI features across both SysML v1 and SysML v2, as well as core simulation environments—including the Cameo Simulation Toolkit and emerging SysML v2 evaluation and simulation plugins. In his role, Petras guides the development lifecycle to ensure new functionalities address real-world systems engineering workflows and customer needs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics and Robotics, brings four years of specialized experience in model-based systems engineering, and maintains a strong passion for hands-on, multidisciplinary engineering projects.
