INCOSE has partnered with the Quality Management Institute (QMI) to offer specialized professional certifications that conform to and support the process ethics described in the SE Handbook. Based upon QMI’s “Eight Attributes of a Quality Manager,” these credentials are part of a comprehensive program of INCOSE’s Quality Management Education that adds value to the SEP.
