A. EMEASEC is the Systems Engineering Conference for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Sector of INCOSE. The program attracts an international mix of professionals at all levels, including practitioners from government and industry, as well as educators and researchers.

Q. Who can attend EMEASEC?

A. EMEASEC is open to members, and non-members are encouraged to join INCOSE prior to attending to get the best registration rates.

Q. When and where is EMEASEC this year?

A. EMEASEC occurs bi-annually. In 2026, it will be at Linköping Konsert & Kongress and Linköping University in Linkoping, Sweden from 29 August – 2 September 2026.

Q. How much is registration?

A. Registration fees differ based on member-status, which parts of the event you register for, when you register, and if you register for any optional social events. See the registration webpage for full details.

A. Registration will open early 2026.

Q. When will the program be available?
