As Director of Member Experience at INCOSE, Adrienne leads initiatives that focus on professional development and training opportunities that help systems engineers advance their careers. 

A Purdue University graduate, Adrienne brings more than 12 years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, and learning strategy. She is passionate about creating educational experiences that are practical, relevant, and engaging. 

Prior to joining INCOSE, Adrienne worked as a Technical Instructor for Oracle Corporation. Earlier in her career, she was a physics and chemistry scriptwriter for Reader’s Digest’s educational software division, Compass Learning. 

When she isn’t developing new professional development offerings or finding ways to connect INCOSE members with fresh industry knowledge, Adrienne can be found spending time with her pup and husband, enjoying live music, or burning dinner.
