Angie manages INCOSE’s events, delivering the conferences and meetings that connect the global systems engineering community. She oversees every stage of the event lifecycle, from destination strategy and contracting through budgeting and onsite delivery. She works with venues, suppliers, and volunteer leaders worldwide, always keeping the attendee experience at the center. Angie also works closely with the Director of Technical Operations, managing the intake and review process for technical products, and assisting with overall Working Group logistics.  

Angie brings 16 years of experience in the association and nonprofit sector. Before joining INCOSE, she was Director of Technical and Integration Communities at the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, where she led a large volunteer community, including the committees behind the technical programs for AIAA’s technical conferences. Earlier, she held senior roles across the American Society of Civil Engineers. In those roles, she produced technical conferences and publications and developed fundraising strategy. 

Angie holds a master’s degree in international relations. She lives with her family in Germany and enjoys traveling and learning new languages.
