Katie Westfall has recently joined INCOSE as the Member Relations Manager.

Katie’s focus is on strengthening engagement across INCOSE’s Corporate Advisory Board and corporate membership community. She works to build meaningful relationships, increase member engagement, connect organizations with valuable resources and opportunities, and ensure members achieve the value and outcomes they expect from their INCOSE investment. Her goal is to create a highly engaged corporate community where members feel connected, supported, and heard.

Before joining INCOSE, Katie built her career in professional recruiting and client account management, most recently serving in a director role focused on operations, client success, and strategic relationship management. Her background has given her a passion for connecting people, understanding stakeholder needs, and creating experiences that deliver measurable value.

Outside of work, Katie is an avid adventurer and foodie who enjoys live music, kayaking, backpacking, discovering new coffee shops and restaurants, and giving the latest internet-famous recipe a try, at least once. She is also actively involved in local nonprofit organizations and leadership development networks, where she enjoys building connections and giving back to her community.
