Abstract
In this hands-on 30-minute workshop, participants will use a familiar frustration — connecting a laptop to a screen — to explore the CAFCR model for understanding systems from multiple perspectives.
Through this practical example, the session will connect business goals, user needs, functions, technical architecture, and infrastructure, giving participants a simple, memorable way to apply CAFCR to their own work.
Bio
Ger Schoeber is a systems architect, engineering leader, and trainer in Systems Architecting and Systems Thinking. His career spans software development, systems engineering, consulting, innovation, logistics automation, and secure software development.
He is ESEP-certified, a trainer with the High Tech Institute, and past president of the INCOSE chapter in The Netherlands.
