Starforge Kotar is a SysML v2 web IDE from Planetary Utilities. Running entirely in the browser, Kotar gives systems engineers a place to author, edit, and explore SysML v2 models as code — part of the Starforge family of tools leading the System-as-Code paradigm shift.
