INCOSE'S Board of Directors

INCOSE is directed by a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors maintains oversight, sets strategy and governance policies for INCOSE. INCOSE has four elected Officers (President, President-Elect, Secretary, and Treasurer), other Directors can be elected or appointed.

Non-Voting Members of the Board

The INCOSE Board of Directors is evolving between 2025 and 2029. Director positions retired will be replaced by appointed and elected Director-at-Large positions. 

New committees will be formed, and existing committees will be restructured to continue to support a volunteer-led strategic professional association. These committees will work in tandem with the voting and non-voting board members, as well as Headquarters’ staff.
