In-person participation

Full Registration
Includes access to all technical sessions, tutorials, admission to exhibits, conference bag, lunches & breaks, receptions, and recordings during the event and for six weeks after the event.

Day Registration
Includes technical sessions, tutorials, lunches & breaks, admission to exhibits for the selected day(s), conference bag, and recordings for the selected day(s) during the event and for six weeks after the event.
Tickets for the receptions, which are NOT included in the day registration rate, are available for purchase.

Guest Registration
People attending the EMEA WSEC with a guest should proactively register their guest for any social event(s) in which they intend to participate. This allows us to plan the food and beverage needs ahead of time. On-site sales will be limited.

Virtual participation

Full Registration
Includes access to the virtual sessions of the technical program, and recordings during the event and for six weeks after the event. This includes both live and on-demand content.

One Day Registration
Includes access to the virtual technical sessions and recordings of the selected day during the event and for six weeks after the event. This includes both live and on-demand content for the selected day.

Cancellation policy for in person participation

In the event you will be unable to attend the EMEA WSEC in person after you have registered, there are two options.

Option 1: Changing from in person attendance to remote participation
If you would like to attend the conference remotely, you must provide written notice including the reason for the change to registration@incose.net by Monday, April 10, 2023. INCOSE will review the request for changing to virtual participation. If approved, your registration for in person attendance will be substituted with a registration for virtual participation under the same registration type. A credit for the difference will be issued within 90 days after the event concludes.

Option 2: Cancelling attendance
If you would like to cancel your registration, you must provide written notice including the reason for the cancellation to registration@incose.net by Monday, April 10, 2023. INCOSE will review the request. If approved, all cancellations received and approved by Monday, April 10, 2023 will be subject to a 30€ cancellation fee for INCOSE Members and 75€ for Non-Members. There will be no refunds for cancellations and modifications received after Monday, April 10, 2023.

Substitutions are allowed at no extra cost if the substitute is an equivalent registrant (e.g., INCOSE member as a substitute for an INCOSE member), but will require an additional charge if he/she is not an equivalent registrant.
